We operate 2 delivery offerings for UK addresses:


Standard UK Delivery Service

  • Delivered in 3-5 days

  • Priced at £4.75

  • FREE shipping on orders over £65

 

Next Day UK Delivery Service

  • Operated by Royal Mail, Evri and DPD

  • Signature / Photo maybe required

  • Delivered in 1-2 working day(s)  to most UK destinations. Cut-off times apply.

  • Priced at £6.50

 

We also operate a hand delivery service for any addresses in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area, delivered in 1-2 working days, priced at £4.75.

CLICK AND COLLECT

 

We offer a free click and collect service at our shop located in Westbourne, Bournemouth.

 

RETURNS

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, you item must be in the same 'as new' condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging including the box. They must be carefully repackaged with tissue paper separating each foot. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have checked the returned items, we will process you refund as quickly as possible.

RETURNS TO OUR BOURNEMOUTH STORE.

 

Online purchases can be returned free of charge, within 30 days to our Bournemouth shop. Refunds will not be processed in the store but will be processed in the same way as all online returns.

 

RETURNS BY POST 

 

If you wish to return by post, please contact us by email hello@houseofheels.co.uk so that we can email you a Returns label that you can use to return the item to us free of charge - this label will need to be printed out and affixed to the package.

EXCEPTIONS

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
